• If your topper is returned due to wrong or incomplete address, a new order will be required.

• Standard post: untracked, allow 5-7 business days

Returns & Cancellations

• No returns for change of mind, mistakes, or late delivery.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.

• Refunds / replacements only if:

  • Item arrives damaged, or

  • We made an error in wording/design.

• Proof (photo) of the damage/error is required.

• No refunds for postal delays, wrong addresses, or uncollected items.
