Delivery

Toppers are generally expected to be delivered the next working day after dispatch, but it’s wise to allow 1-3 working days for delivery.

We recommend ordering 2 weeks before your event.

Choosing the FREE POST option at checkout means you won’t receive a tracking number, making it impossible to track your order.

You can select TRACKED or EXPRESS post for an extra charge; these options typically deliver the next day but are not guaranteed and may take 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday).

If you order a topper on short notice, especially on a Thursday for weekend use, timely delivery is not guaranteed, and this carries a risk. While they usually arrive as expected, we do not provide refunds for toppers that are delayed in transit.
